1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how JR Copier of Minnesota, LLC, doing business as WebLeadsNow ("WebLeadsNow," "we," "us") collects and uses information on webleadsnow.com (the "Site"). Our office is at 3013 82nd Lane NE, Blaine, MN 55449.

Our software products have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them: the WebLeadsNow CRM Privacy Policy, and the policies posted on the AI Agents, Smart Lead Forms and SureLeadFlow websites. Lead-generation websites we operate for specific services and cities also post their own notices.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our client questionnaire or the rent-a-site availability form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, service area, the services you are interested in, budget, timeline and any message you write. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies. The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store files from the Site, such as the stylesheet, to load pages faster.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, decide whether we are a fit for your project, provide the services you sign up for, and keep records of our communications.

We use technical information to operate, secure and fix the Site.

We do not sell the information you submit on this Site, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Site. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the Site, provides domain name services and delivers the icon library used on our pages (cdnjs).
• Form submissions go into the WebLeadsNow CRM, our own customer-management software, whose database is hosted by Supabase and can be read only by our team.
• Our email provider receives messages you send us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

5. Security and retention

The Site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in our CRM with access restricted to our team; the public can submit forms but cannot read them.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email rank@webleadsnow.com or call (763) 294-8393. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them where they apply.

7. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
