Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of webleadsnow.com (the "Site"), operated by JR Copier of Minnesota, LLC, doing business as WebLeadsNow ("WebLeadsNow," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Our services and separate agreements

The Site describes our lead generation, SEO, website design, advertising, software development and marketing services. Descriptions on the Site are general information, not an offer. Prices, scope and timelines are set in a written quote or agreement for each project.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise: new websites and SEO on existing sites require a contract, which is not time-binding; payment is half when the project starts and half 30 days later.

Renting a lead-generation website or buying leads is governed by a separate written agreement covering the market, term, price and lead delivery.

Our software products are governed by their own terms: the WebLeadsNow CRM Terms of Service, and the terms posted on the AI Agents, Smart Lead Forms and SureLeadFlow websites. If those terms conflict with these, the product's terms control for that product.

3. No ranking or results guarantee

Search rankings are decided by Google and other search engines, which we do not control. We do not guarantee any ranking position, amount of traffic, number of leads or revenue. Any results shown on the Site, including projects we have built, describe past work and do not promise future results.

4. Information you submit

You agree that information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or automated form entries, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logos and graphics belong to WebLeadsNow or its licensors. Client names and website screenshots shown in our projects belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we performed. You may link to the Site and share its pages for non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-party websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including client websites and software provider sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on the Site is general information and is not legal, financial or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WebLeadsNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the agreement for those services.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
